Having recently finished recording their debut album on Rob Da Bank's Sunday Best label, Sound of Rum are ready to take on the festival circuit all up and down the country. Consisting of enigmatic MC Kate Tempest, whose lyrical prowess and live energy has been wowing crowds since the band formed in 2008. To celebrate the release of their excellent single Slow Slow, the band hosted a 4 week residency at The Old Queens Head in London, which showcased a dizzying roster of well-known acts including Scroobius Pip, Micachu, Jamie Woon, Beans on toast and Rob Da Bank himself.
